• Intensive in-person weight loss onboarding appointment with vital sign monitoring and physical examination.

• Personalized weight loss and wellness plan. 

• Healthy weight loss coaching, monitoring and guidance directly with a Board-Certified Physician.

• Detailed analysis for all lifestyle aspects of weight loss, including nutrition, stress, sleep, physical activity etc.​

• Lab analysis that includes screening for insulin resistance​​

• Access to communicate directly via text/email with Dr. Long throughout the program. ​

•  While we prefer to focus heavily on lifestyle modifications, prescription weight loss medications (such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, phentermine, etc) may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Insurance can be used at the pharmacy to assist in medication cost.

***We ask for a 6 month commitment***

• The first 3 months of the program consist of bi-weekly check-ins (in-person then virtual). At every session we assess progress, troubleshoot, and build upon the plan.​

• The last 3 months of the program consist of once monthly check-ins.

• Labs and vital signs are re-assessed as needed throughout the program

• At the end of the 6 months, we re-evaluate health markers such as labs, vital signs and other indicators to see just how far you've come!
