The Long Answer™

If you've been told everything looks fine but you know something's off, you don't need another rushed visit — you need a doctor who keeps looking until you have real answers

This is a great fit if you:

  • Have a specific, ongoing concern you haven't found answers for

  • Feel dismissed or rushed by previous doctors

  • Already have a primary care doctor elsewhere and aren't looking to switch

  • Want a root-cause approach to one issue, without committing to ongoing care

What This Is

The Long Answer is a one-time, in-depth visit for a specific health concern you haven't been able to get to the bottom of — whether that's fatigue, gut issues, unexplained symptoms, or something your regular doctor has dismissed or brushed off as normal.

Dr. Long is a graduate of the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine fellowship, trained to look beyond a single lab panel and consider the full picture — nutrition, stress, sleep, gut health, and lifestyle factors — to help identify what's actually driving what you're feeling.

$399 · One-time visit

What's Included

  • A 75-90 minute deep-dive visit focused on your health concerns

  • Comprehensive history — medical, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep, and any prior testing you've already had

  • A root-cause-focused evaluation, drawing on conventional, lifestyle, and integrative medicine

  • Personalized recommendations: nutrition, supplements, lifestyle changes, and further testing if appropriate

  • A written summary of findings and next steps

On labs: Because everyone's concern is different, labs aren't bundled into this visit — if testing is recommended, you'll get exact pricing on the spot at our discounted cash-pay LabCorp rate, so you're only paying for what's actually relevant to you.

Consider The Long Balance Program instead if: you already suspect your concern is related to weight or hormones — that program is built for ongoing management of exactly that.

Consider Primary Care membership instead if: you're looking for an ongoing relationship with a doctor, not just a single deep dive.

Is This Right for You?

What Happens After

If we identify something that needs ongoing care, you have options: continue care with your existing primary care doctor using what we found, join the Integrative Medicine membership ($199/mo) for ongoing integrative-focused follow-up, or transition into full Primary Care membership if you're looking for a complete relationship with a doctor. There's no pressure either way — the goal of this visit is to get you real answers, not to sell you something further.
