At Long Health & Wellness, we believe integrative medicine offers an elevated, whole-person approach to wellness—blending conventional medicine with evidence-based lifestyle, nutritional, and mind-body strategies. To make that approach accessible, we now offer a standalone Integrative Medicine Consult for those who may not yet be Long Health & Wellness members.

What’s included in the Integrative Medicine Consult ($495)

• Pre-visit review and workup
  Before your session, Dr. Long will thoroughly review your medical history, lab results, and intake forms to get a full understanding of your health background.

• 90-minute initial consultation
  During this deep-dive appointment, you and Dr. Long will explore your health goals, current challenges, and how integrative approaches may best support you.

• Comprehensive written integrative plan
  After the consultation, you’ll receive a detailed, personalized plan that may include nutrition and supplement recommendations, stress-management or mind-body tools, lifestyle changes, potential laboratory testing, and integrative therapy options tailored to your needs.

  • Labs may be suggested and ordered at an additional cost to the patient.

  • Review of labs is included in the follow-up visit, and your plan may be adjusted based on results.

• 30-minute follow-up appointment
  About 4–8 weeks later (or at a timeline we determine together), we’ll meet again for 30 minutes to review your progress, troubleshoot obstacles, adjust plans, and decide on the next steps.

What’s next?

After the initial consult and follow-up, we’ll evaluate your ongoing needs together. Depending on your health goals and response, you may choose to continue with periodic integrative visits, transition into membership-based primary care with integrative support, or use the consult as a complement to your existing medical care.
